Winery Experience

Guided Wine tour with a professional sommelier who will walk you through some of the most important Tuscan wineries.
Departure around 10:30/11:30AM depending on which area we will be visiting.

  1. Montalcino 1hr drive
  2. Montepulciano/Cortona 30 min drive
  3. Chianti Classico area 1 hr/1 hr 30 min drive

Return around 3.00/4.00pm.

Cost:

Group from 4 pax to 8 pax:

  1. €120 per person including transportation, tour, lunch and wine tasting at the winery selected. Group of 2 pax
  2. €150 per person including transportation, tour, lunch and wine tasting at the winery selected. Groups of more than 8 pax - Price on request

Tasting in the Shop

1 hour Master Class lesson hosted by one of our expert sommeliers including 3 different wines from the region accompanied by cheese and bread plus a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  1. €150 + wine bottle cost
  2. €200 + wine bottle cost (For group of more than 10 pax)

Hosted Dine Wine Shine Events (May-November in Cortona)

Enjoy a complimentary wine tasting at Enoteca Molesini in Piazza della Repubblica.
Every Thursday a guest winery from different regions of Italy will present a selection of their wines and will give you a taste of their knowledge.
After the wine tasting, join us for dinner in one of the finest restaurants in Cortona. The menu includes seasonal courses paired with hand-selected wines from the guest winery.

Cost:

  1. €55 per person including a 5 course meal paired with wines

Truffle Hunting Experience

The Truffle Tour is a unique and evocative experience. We guide our guests on a fascinating expedition through the woods, hunting truffles with hunters and dogs.
After the hunt we will enjoy a beautiful truffled based lunch paired with Molesini selected wines.

LECCIO D’ORO

Leccio D’Oro Award
Every year the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino awards a prize called LECCIO D’ORO. The prize is divided into two sections: Restaurants (Italian and overseas) and Wine Shops (Italian and overseas). The prizes are awarded to the places that have a Wine List with a wide well represented range of BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO and the other Montalcino wines covering both the various vintages and numerous labels from many different estates.
In 2016 Enoteca Molesini was awarded with this prestigious prize.

GAMBERO ROSSO THREE CORKSCREWS

Gambero Rosso Three Corkscrews Award
From 2021 Gambero Rosso, one of the most important food and beverage publishing companies in Italy, has awarded Enoteca Molesini with the three bottle openers, only 50 wine shops out of 400 receives it!

GRIFO POLIZIANO

Grifo Poliziano Award
The award was established by the City of Montepulciano in 2012 and provides that it can be awarded, at the discretion of the City Council, to personalities who have distinguished themselves for their commitment to the promotion of the city and the territory. The Grifo Poliziano was delivered by the mayor Michele Angiolini.
